PT-141 (bremelanotide) is a synthetic peptide derived from the hormone alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone. It works primarily in the central nervous system. By activating melanocortin receptors in the hypothalamus, PT-141 influences brain pathways involved in sexual arousal. This mechanism differs from medications that act on blood flow because it works through brain signaling pathways that regulate sexual response.

It is taken as needed rather than daily, ahead of when you want it to work. Your clinician reviews your health history and decides whether it fits your picture.

Potential benefits may include:
Libido enhancement
Erectile and arousal support
CNS-driven sexual function
Spontaneity support
Sexual wellness and confidence

Individual results vary, and research into PT-141's therapeutic applications is ongoing.

The NOHO experience

It starts with a clinician

Before anything, you talk with a real doctor who reviews your goals and whether PT-141 fits. Every plan begins with clinical review.

A protocol built for you

Your clinician compounds PT-141 to your specification and sends everything you need to administer it at home, on a simple routine built around you.

Guidance that continues

Individual responses vary, so your clinician reviews your progress over time and refines your plan as you go, well past your first order.

Backed by real infrastructure

Trusted oversight, documentation, and continuity of care behind every step of your protocol.

PT-141 might be for you if:

Your sexual desire has decreased and the change is causing frustration or affecting your relationships.

You experience low desire across different situations, partners, or types of stimulation.

You want a clinician-guided option that can be used ahead of anticipated intimacy.

Safety & eligibility

At NOHO, a licensed US clinician is involved from your very first consultation, not just at checkout. Your provider reviews your full health intake personally, talks through your goals with you, and builds a protocol only if it is genuinely right for you.

PT-141 is not suitable for everyone. Your clinician will tell you honestly whether it fits your individual health picture, and will stay with you to adjust course as needed.

Every peptide is sourced from licensed US compounding pharmacies and third-party tested before it reaches you.
